The main results are as follows:

(2) The manufacturing methods of copper plates are: cutting, bending, manual drawing, chemical oxidation cleaning, natural drying and high-temperature oven (160℃-220℃) spraying protective layer (special varnish).

(3) Copper door frame production methods: material selection, cutting, welding, polishing, anti-corrosion and anti-rust, edge stamping, polishing, welding, bonding, and covering.

(4) When installing glass, use glass adhesive to seal the interface between the glass and the copper plate, and use special anti-collision tape at the interface between the glass and the square steel.

(5) Door leaf installation: According to the position of the door frame, find the corresponding position of the fixed floor spring, and then install the copper leaf.

(6) Standard installation of copper doors: the gap between the copper door and the copper door frame is less than or equal to 8mm, and the flatness between the copper door and the copper door is not more than 2mm.

Welding process

1. The welding quality directly affects the assembly quality. When installing parts, the welding gap and welding error should be strictly controlled. The welded joints after installation and assembly must be inspected by specialized personnel. After inspection, it can be welded by a welder.

2. Preparation before welding

The main contents are as follows: (1) Conduct special inspection of the assembled welding joints and hand them over to the welder for welding.

(2) Check the safety and reliability of placing feet in the welding position

(3) Clean the welding tank area and bring the baked electrode with insulating tube to the welding site .

3. Welding work

(1) In order to avoid welding deformation, symmetrical welding (including butt welding, vertical welding, and oblique welding) is used.

(2) During the welding process, the slag is removed step by step, spatter is eliminated, and defects are promptly polished with an angle grinding wheel to eliminate defects.

(3) At the end of the welding work, clean the welding joint area and welding station and transfer them to the next welding joint.

4. Post-weld inspection

(1) After welding has cooled, the appearance of the weld should be inspected.

(2) There should be no cracks in the weld, the weld metal should be completely melted with the base metal, and all cracks should be filled

Processing process

1. Treatment process: oil removal, rust removal, oxidation and peeling, water washing, pickling and polishing, water washing, neutralization, water washing, coloring treatment, water washing, drying and other post-processing.

2. It is recommended to use copper pickling for pickling and polishingpolishing fluid for treatment. Its purpose is to make the brass surface shiny.

3. This product is a working fluid. Soak the workpiece in this product. According to the experimental results, the brass surface will turn black and blue. When the soaking time is 20×25 min, the surface discoloration quality The best, the anti-rust performance is better, the workpiece can be repeatedly immersed, the thickness of the discoloration layer is increased, and satisfactory results are achieved.
