The successful installation of the herringbone door leaves marks the official start of the installation of the main metal structure of the ship lock, laying the foundation for achieving the goal of high-quality navigation at the Yanzhou hub ship lock.
The project is located in Li County, Changde City, Hunan Province. The construction content includes the construction of a new 2,000-ton ship lock, a 5-hole 18-meter clear width sluice gate, and the arrangement of 3 bulb tubular turbine generator units. ,totalThe installed capacity is 33 MW (3×11 MW). The project will start in February 2022, with a planned construction period of 1,005 calendar days.
The scale of the ship lock adopts the effective dimensions of the lock chamber as 280 meters × 34 meters × 4.5 meters (length × width × threshold water depth). It is designed according to the 2000-ton ship lock and is arranged on the south bank of Lishui River. A total of 4 herringbone doors are installed at the upper and lower lock heads of the ship lock. The door leaves are manufactured and installed in sections. The upper lock head herringbone door leaves are divided into 5 sections, and the lower lock head herringbone door leaves are divided into 8 sections. The maximum weight of a single door leaf is nearly 80 tons, which is equivalent to the weight of 20 elephants.
The ship lock herringbone door is not only huge in size, but also has many embedded parts. The welding deformation control requirement is within millimeters, making the installation and lifting work difficult. In order to promote the smooth installation of the herringbone gate, the project team set up a special work team with the technical center of China Communications Construction Company Second Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. to develop a detailed installation technical plan based on the technical difficulties of gate hoisting, and conducted a comprehensive and detailed technical explanation to relevant managers and construction teams. , clarify safety risks and quality control points, and ensure the safety and quality control of herringbone gate installation.
