What are the tolerance requirements for industrial lifting door (industrial sliding door) springs?
When making and installing industrial lifting doors (industrial sliding doors), springs are essential. The rotation of the springs can make the lifting force equal to the weight of the door body. Achieve a balanced state, thereby reducing the burden on the motor, so that the door can be opened easily even with a gentle push by hand. The springs used in Qishli industrial lifting doors have strict requirements on their dimensions. Of course, this does not mean that there are no errors. As long as the errors are within a reasonable range, it is also advisable. Simply put, the main dimensional errors of industrial lifting door springs have the following requirements:
1. The tolerance of the inner diameter of the spring is ±1.0% of the basic inner diameter dimension D1.
2. The free length HO of the spring is the reference size.
3. The tolerance of the total number of spring turns is n1 ±1.0% of the total number of turns. For manual industrial doors equipped with springs, the total number of turns should be strictly controlled and the tolerance requirement is n1 ±0.5% of the total number of turns.
4. When the spring is in a free state, there should be no initial tension. The gap between the rings should be less than 0.2mm to prevent \”S\”-shaped bending after installation.
5. Spring load: (Unit: N) The experimental load tolerance is allowed to be 2.0% of the operating load
6 . The working deformation of the spring when it is under load must be selected within the range of 40% to 75% of the total deformation of the spring.
7. Spring stiffness (unit: kg/mm): It is the ratio of the unit working load (total weight of the door body G) and the total degree of torsion (door lifting height F) .
