Pull a cotton thread on each end of the tube, so that the basic position can be determined. Generally, the motor rack will be equipped with three screws, and you need to tighten them in the holes. This will fix the position. After this, change the vertical bisector of the cotton sliver you just placed near the rack to a parallel state. In this way, its basic spot welding position can be determined. Then you just use electric welding to fix the screw and nut.
However, this method requires a bit of a carpenter\’s hanging method. Generally, a level is now used to measure the position, and the accuracy is obviously much higher. However, it should be noted that the level must also be placed on the vertical line of the main material.
After you have straightened the rack, you will need to spot weld the nut and screw. If there are no mistakes in the process, your rack has been installed.
